Is this just about inventions? Or also other accomplishments? Or was it meant to be a one-time declaration?

... invented the dishwasher.

(Mine's been broken the last two weeks and you wouldn't believe how much washing up is generated daily by a family of five. Gah.)

I know what you mean we just got ours replaced.

I feel like we just can't use it enough to let it know how much we appreciate it.

. . . invented the tempurpedic mattress. One week with mine and I've never slept better. Kudos to whoever decided to make king-sized beds too, because I just can't get over how much I love the space.
