On my other forum we've started a thread for all the things we've been "putting off" so as I have a week off this week I thought I'd catch up with stuff I have been putting off for ages so today I have bitten the bullet and done the following:

Phoned Dr's to book an appointment - only to find they've gone over to a new system and the next available appointment is in 3 weeks! Bloody good thing I'm not actually ill then isn't it?

Phoned Surgery to book in with nurse for much put off pap smear *ick ick ick* sadly they DID have appointments free this week so deep joy thats now booked and in my diary.

Phoned Vet to book dog in for check up - irony of ironys I could see the vet today if I wanted

Phoned Cardiff Blues to chase up missing rugby tickets - they are "in the post"

Booked hairdreser to come and redo my roots - thats the only drawback to having grown my hair long and gone blonde - the roots need doing every few weeks.

Still "to do" book hotel for short break we're taking next month and book tickets for the a race meeting we'll be going to whilst away.

First day on my week off and I've been on the phone just as much as if I'd been in the office

So what are you putting off and when are you going to get a roundtoit?

I keep hoping for cooler weather.

If you've been keeping up on my Home Depot thread you'd know that I'm not putting much off. The little I am has more to do with the fact that I'm not insane enough to be playing around in the attic in the summer. come fall though I'm looking to put a ceiling light in the soon to be babies room.

I have GOT to clean my room ...damn it, now I gotta go do it!
