Steal? Who is talking about stealing? You are offering a choice. They can put coins in the machine and buy some 'magic holy water' or they can not do so. Now it may be wicked to promote religion and the belief that magic holy water is effective in some way but I would never suggest doing that. Only a religious kook would do that.

No Libertarian could possibly find anything morally questionable about it.
