I loved Judge Judy's explanation of how she and her husband handled decision making in their house - she let her husband make all the big decisions, like whether to launch a nuclear war, and she looked after the small decisions, like where they would live and what sort of car they would buy and where they would go on vacation.

On a cruise our dinner companions asked what was the key to our happy marriage and my wife said "he lets me do any thing I want" to which I said: "you see, this is happiness which can never be dented, tarnished or undone. She likes to think that she gets what she wants, and I like her to think she gets what she wants."

Well, from the representation in the drawing above, I can only conclude that English law is barbaric and condones violence against women, so we must do everything in our power to stamp it out and ensure it does not infect our system. (Do I need some sort of emoticony smiley thingy here?)

paul was just a man, after all, and even the apostles who were with Christ did not always see what he showed them nor did they always hear what he told them.

paul s words are not gospel, imho.

he did his best. that is all.

I m sure that he fell short at times.

with all that he did to spread the word, he like the rest of us, probably did well to come out "even Stephen" in the end.....
