Can also be simplified as :look
Why is it that when Miley Cyrus gets naked and licks a hammer it's 'art' and 'edgy' but when I do it I'm 'drunk' and 'banned from the hardware store'?

Well you explain it then...

Since you're asking, by stoat's criteria, the Magna Carta was also written by a woman, since it contradicts itself.

Stoat was making what we call, and everyone else realised was; " a joke".

Please point out where the Magna Carta contradicts itself.

Your attention seeking is getting ever more desperate.

If it's attention seeking then it's working, 'eh?

His joke was a double entendre, maybe that was what went over your head.

The Magna Carta was repealed so many times as to contradict itself.

Let me know when the so-called 'attention-seeking' stops working by... I dunno, not paying attention to it? :loon

He posted nothing like a double entendre you sill bitch;
thestoat wrote:The Bible cannot possibly be written by god - or if it was then this proves beyond doubt that god is a woman, since he/she/it keeps contradicting him/her/itself
A double entendre is a figure of speech in which a spoken phrase is devised to be understood in either of two ways. Often the first (more obvious) meaning is straightforward, while the second meaning is less so: often risqué or ironic.
Please point out how his statement is a double entendre?

The Magna Carta was repealed, so that means it contradicts itself? Another example of your desperation to be noticed resulting in you posting something so utterly fucking stupid it's laughable.

Yes, you are getting attention, and as ever it's humiliating you and making you look a fool, are you enjoying it?

Most sensible people with personality issues would try to work to save themselves looking more stupid, you seem to be relishing it.

Next you'll be telling us to "jump jump."

Oh dear :D

Since I don't believe in a god, I would hardly believe it is female would I?

Do you know what a double entendre is?

And that last we sentence doesn't event make sense in English. Like Gob, I'd love to know where it contradicts itself

Well, I didn't ask for said attention; that's a strawman/woman.

My most popular posts are 'breads', so-called blog-threads: 'Happy Trails', 'Alpha of Arabia' and 'Welder World ' which not many administer replies to, but I know by 'hits', very many love to read.

So, that demonstrates that I mainly post to entertain, not self-accolade.
Attention-seeking is busted.

"I didn't ask for attention"

What you did was post blatantly stupid comments, then posted even more stupidity when asked to justify your original stupidity.

If that is not "looking for attention" then what is it?

It would be generous to say so.

Regardless, the arrogant judgmental-ism; I don't post to seek your approval or not.

Otherwise, your control freakishness would have an impact on my posting frequency/style.

Which it doesn't. <nyeh> :nana

Aaaand we're back to "judgment" and "control freakishness".

The circle is complete.

I'm still wondering ...

1. Do you know what a double entendre is?
The Magna Carta was repealed so many times as to contradict itself
2. And that last we sentence doesn't event make sense in English. Like Gob, I'd love to know where it contradicts itself

All but three of the Magna Carte clause were eventually repealed; "A repeal is the removal or reversal of a law. This is generally done when a law is no longer effective, or it is shown that a law is having far more negative consequences than were originally envisioned."
World English Dictionary
contradiction (ˌkɒntrəˈdɪkʃən) [Click for IPA pronunciation guide]

— n
1. the act of going against; opposition; denial
2. a declaration of the opposite or contrary
3. a statement that is at variance with itself (often in the phrase a contradiction in terms )
4. conflict or inconsistency, as between events, qualities, etc
