If you thump a Bible hard enough you can get most anything you want to fall out of it, you know, to justify whatever fruitbatshitcrazy nonsense you want to promote. (Not the You you, Jarl, just the ubiquitous you.)

I come from a loony family of Protestants. I recall my granny telling me that blue eyed folks were better than brown eyed folks. "Brown eyed people have more animal in them." I have responded by having a life long love affair with all eyes brown, and by having sex with a Jew. I wanted to see how many rpms I could make granny do in the grave.

Protestant numbers declining? Sounds like good news to me.

I rather think the emphasis is on the looney than on "protestant". A decline in looneys is much to be desired. AFAIK there is nothing at all in the Bible that says anything about eye colour. One rather assumes that Jesus had brown eyes. I understand sex with Jews is popular in Israel and New York and on that bit of Cedar Road in South Euclid, Ohio. It was popular in the Bible times as well.

If I recall, the idea was that The Royal Family was descended from The Lost Tribe, which supposedly traveled to Germany....

Thus the Anglican Saxe-Coburg Goethe's, who have never in the entire history of their family ever practiced Judaism, are true Jews, while the Ethiopian Jews, (who for practice a form of Judaism that is much older than the form most other Jews practice today, and have practiced it for thousands of years) aren't Jewish at all...

I believe in DBA's model, the Ethiopians are a little too pigment-challenged to qualify as Jews....
