First my mother and now the Pope. It is seriously no one's place to judge you celibate piece of work. I mean how can you selfishly choose to masturbate in the closet and waste all those sperm?

I thought I might like this Pope, but I suppose his progressiveness had to have a crack somewhere.

Also @W, it's a selfish decision to have children FWIW unless it's purely by accident. Are there any truly selfless choices?

A week or so ago he admonished not to breed like rabbits. Senile old fart.

Maybe he was promoting the missionary position vs. rabbit-style?

It's an endless point of contention/discussion between the Swede and I. He jokes about the intense negotiation that would ensue if there were ever "issue."

The pope wants more children in order to satisfy the appetite of his pedopriests.

Now now now. He's better than the last half dozen popes. You have to give him credit for improving the species even if he's not the polished paragon of perfected popery we all hope for.

It's an incremental thing, not a step function.
