James David Manning (born February 20, 1947)[1] is chief pastor at the ATLAH World Missionary Church on 123rd Street in New York City. Manning grew up in Red Springs, North Carolina, and has been at ATLAH since 1981. ATLAH stands for All The Land Anointed Holy, which is Manning's name for Harlem.[2]

Through the ATLAH church, Manning hosts an online series called The Manning Report, which features criticism on such topics as the negative influence of black celebrities, homosexuality, and the alleged "criminal" acts of U.S. Presidents Barack Obama and Donald Trump. Manning's allegations and political views have made him highly controversial. Manning has appeared on Fox News.[3][4]

Manning owes $1.02 million through unpaid tax, unpaid water bills and general debts. His church, was due for public auction but a temporary stay has been granted. The Ali Forney Center, a nonprofit organization providing transitional homes for homeless LGBT youth reached its target of $200,000 to buy the church as of February 9, 2016.[10][11] [12]

Ali Forney, who inspired the founding of the organization, was murdered in Harlem in 1997, only 12 blocks from ATLAH. In 2013 Islan Nettles was beaten to death in Harlem only one mile from ATLAH. Could there be a more just outcome to the ATLAH foreclosure than that the young LGBT people most endangered by the hatred and contempt Manning promotes would take over his building?(Carl Siciliano, Ali Forney Center founder)[10]

Manning maintains this sale will not happen unless "men give birth through their anus".[this guy really does have quite an anal fixation.][13][14] Manning said that he and his congregation will barricade themselves inside the church and arm themselves to stop new owners taking possession of it.[15] Manning maintains the whole building should be tax exempt but tax authorities disagree as parts of the building are used for different purposes.

Manning's views on homosexuality include the beliefs that "white homos are going to take the black woman’s man"[23] and that President Obama is going to "use gay people to destroy the black community."[24] He calls for the stoning of gay people[25] and for Harlem to be a "homo-free zone."[26]

In an interview with The Huffington Post, Manning stated, "The homosexual activists are flat-out lying about what Jesus would do regarding the detestable, abominable, diseased practice and act of homosexuality. They have been lying and saying that Jesus would simply love."[27] Manning has stated that Starbucks will be "ground zero for Ebola"[28] in the United States because homosexuals frequent the stores and "a lot of bodily fluids" are exchanged.[29] Manning has also stated that Starbucks puts semen in its coffees, [30] and that millions of people around the world "really think that the taste of semen is quite a flavor."[31][sounds like the voice of experience, to me...]

Manning has expressed contempt for a range of American political leaders, stating that both George W. Bush and his father had anal sex with 100 men[[there's that anal thing again...]22] and likening Barack Obama to Hitler and one of the two beasts in Revelation. Manning came to public attention during the 2008 presidential election after ATLAH posted several sermons of his on YouTube that were harshly critical of Obama.[32][33] Among other accusations, he called Obama's mother "white trash" for becoming pregnant by a black man out of wedlock,[34] an issue he discussed during a press conference at the National Press Club on December 8, 2008:[35]

It is common knowledge that African men, coming from the continent of Africa — especially for the first time — do diligently seek out white women to have sexual intercourse with. Generally the most noble of white society choose not to intercourse sexually with these men. So it's usually the trashier ones who make their determinations that they're going to have sex.[35]

After Bill O'Reilly, a commentator on Fox News, called birther lawyer Orly Taitz a "nut," Manning and Taitz organized a protest outside Fox News headquarters in New York City in November 2009, which drew an estimated 15 to 20 attendees.[40][You'd have a lot more than that just walking by in that part of Manhattan; people must have been crossing the street to avoid them.]

In May 2010, Manning staged a show trial of Barack Obama at ATLAH for wire fraud, with Manning acting as prosecutor.[41] Although the treason and sedition charges had been deleted from consideration at the trial, Manning expressed the opinion that Obama should be hanged.

In 2013, Manning accused Obama of having a “love child” and then shooting the mother outside the White House.[43] In 2014, he prognosticated that Obama and Vladimir Putin would be outed as gay within 100 days.[44]

Following the 2015 Charlie Hebdo shooting, Manning suggested that Obama had cut a deal with terrorists to attack other Western countries.[45]

In early 2016, Manning alleged that President Obama had murdered Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.

When Manning's missionary church faced foreclosure in 2016, Manning alleged that President Obama had ordered for the church to be closed.

In 2015, Manning called presidential candidate Ben Carson a "pathetic nigga" and a "demon", and described all of Carson's supporters as "closeted sodomites, fags, lesbos, [and] buttlickers". [46][again with the butts...]

Pastor James David Manning is a radically anti-gay preacher who initially loved Donald Trump—even meeting with him at Trump Tower [gee, Trump met with this kookaboo...what a surprise]and declaring that “Jesus would endorse Donald Trump”—but felt compelled to withdraw his support after Trump expressed support for the LGBTQ community following the deadly terrorist attack on the Pulse nightclub in Florida last year.

Manning has now completely turned on “Tribulation Trump,” as he calls him, and demonstrating that he can be as outrageously offensive when attacking women as when denouncing gay people, released a remarkably nasty and misogynistic video last week accusing Trump of having an affair with Kellyanne Conway after a photo emerged of Conway kneeling on a couch in the Oval Office.

Manning said that the photo of Conway “on the sofa, on her knees with her dress jacked up and her legs wide open” is proof that she is a “stringy-head slut” because no decent woman would sit that way while all the men in the room “are standing there getting erections.”[Well, I do have to admit, that picture really was incredibly hot...]

He said the photo “shows you the level of sexual demonic spirits” that are at work in the Trump White House.[There may very well be demonic spirits at work in Trump's White House, but they ain't nothing "sexual" about them...]

“I don’t blame Kellyanne Conway for that,” Manning said. “I blame Tribulation Trump, because he’s a demon and obviously he’s having sex with her and she just probably feels like, ‘I can be like this around him because I think he likes me that way.'”

“This is the ugliest slut I’ve ever seen,” he said. “This is an ugly, stringy-head slut.”
