Definitely in the 80's here. I remember going to the staff room when I was in the Sixth Form so would have been around 86/87 and the smog that came out was incredible.

I'm sure it was in the late 80's or early 90's here. I worked at an office for 6 years, leaving in 1989, and people were still smoking at their desks.

I think the anti-smoking movement started gaining momentum around 1990.
