I want to see whether the objections are fatal, or if they may be explained away

Engineer IM'd me a question in Engrish. I am stuck between a few possibilities on how to handle it:

1. Ignore it since the question is gibberish
2. Helpfully answer the question I think he's asking "person A or person B etc..."
3. Truthfully answer the question whether I understand it or not "Don't Know. Don't care"

I'm leaning toward 1.

Especially since when on Monday when he asked his usual question "(will you be done by the) End of (the) day?" I answered with the usual "No". But instead of giving him the usual "I'm sorry I can't help you" tone I gave him the "You must be crazy and/or stupid" tone.
Okay... There's all kinds of things wrong with what you just said.

Sometimes I think autocorrect autobuggers entire posts so that they are void of meaning.

Perhaps this one?

And I couldn't get the chant "Dick Nixon... Before He Dick's You" out of my head, either.

PS. It went on to apply to that other dick -- Cheney.

When did people start saying, "I mean" to begin a sentence? It's starting to be as common as, "I'm like".

Most people are stupid.

Since I have the news channels on in the background when I'm working, I will frequently hear a new commercial before I actually see what's on the screen that accompanies the audio....

Choice Hotels has a commercial out now where people are talking about going to a wedding...

When I heard a young lady say the line "nobody has moves like Uncle Joe", I have to admit that I had a very different mental image from the one that I later saw in the commercial... 8-)

I drove past an "Adult Store" last night and the sign out front said "Park in Rear".

Am I the only one who notices the similarity between Senator Bob Corker's voice and Dana Carvey's impersonation of George Bush 41?

I wish a reporter would ask Corker to say, "Not gonna do it; wouldn't be prudent"...

(Which would also sum up his response to the suggestion that he should be Trump's running mate... 8-) )

No, all my thoughts are rational, logical, and well-ordered.

And then there are people like wesw, whose every thought is random — however, since he has never had anything but random thoughts he has no basis upon which to compare them.

Why do the apple turnovers from the Lucky's bakery have only about half as much apple in them as the apple turnovers from the Safeway bakery?

Cheap bastards...

I used to make a mean apple turnover when I was a kid. Hmmmmm yum. I will have to make some for the boys one of these days.
