I have to go for a routine "fasting" blood test this morning, so I'm only allowed water before having the test done. So I'm having a glass of water. Every time I do this I think; "Hmmmm a glass of cold water is a very nice and refreshing way to start the day, rather than my usual pint of tea. I must do it more often"

Chances of me doing it more often? Nil.
