I posted this to Facebook (and Instagram), but since many of you aren't on FB (and only one of you I'm FB friends with) I thought I'd share here. It's our latest restoration at the Hydroplane & Raceboat museum

This picture turned out to be fairly popular on the interwebs.

Nice. Looks a lot like my Radio Controlled "Miss Becks" hydroplane I built and still run on the lake in Pa. (the kit was the Atlas Van Lines Hydroplane. I built it in the late 1970's).

Funny how I read that as thunderBOLTS.
A friend of Doc's, one of only two B-29 bombers still flying.
