Nope. It came up with a message that says "file too large". It shows the jpeg number. I don't know how to make a picture file smaller.

The easiest way I know how to do it (in Windows) is to open the image in MS Paint, click on Resize and then select the percentage to which you want the image reduced (make sure the box to maintain aspect ration is ticked). I tried to find editing options on my phone that would achieve the same thing, and didn't see anything.
