But that rule doesn't seem to work in India. Just got a pair of earrings from India with screw-on backs and they work the opposite way (which made it a bit of a challenge to wear them the first time). So, what other nations break the rules of nature?

Dunno about rules of nature but my flipping broadband connection almost got itself thrown out the window, I've spent 2 days trying to figure out if my provider had either capped me (without telling me) or throttled me, neither one should have happened as I'm on an unlimited connection and my downloads are encrypted so shouldn't be picked up speed tests all came back fine, throttle tests came back negative, yet my d/l speed had dropped from between 300 - 600kB's on average to less than 20kB's. I tweaked my torrent client - and nada, I d/l a different client - same result was all set to roll up my sleeves and get ready for battle with an Indian call center when out of the blue speed jumped right back up to 380 kb's which is unheard of for this time of day (they do throttle at peak periods so I always d/l after midnight and before 10am). Clearly they must have been messing about with the line and hadn't bothered telling me - coud have saved myself a LOT of work if they'd told me argggg

Is it just me or does the Google icon look like a Toucan Bird?
