Last nite (10/25/11) I had a dream about George Harrison of all people. We were both sitting in a garden setting and he was playing guitar. He handed his guitar to me and I began playing. Suddenly his son Dannai (sp?) appeared and the three of us sat down an talked while George and I took turns playing guitar.
The muse often will appear to us in a dream.
Why me at this time and why Harrison of all people?
Harrison while being quite a good guitarist, is not one that I would rank high on the pantheon of "great guitarists".
And why did Dannai suddenly appear?
I felt very satisfied upon waking.
Was my own guitar gently weeping?

A week or two ago I dreamed I was romantically involved - intimately - with the defense attorney I most despise. A man of poor character and worse ethics. A man with hairy knuckles.
He stopped by my office a few days later and I barfed in my mouth a little when he walked in.
Why would my brain have me having sex with someone I find despicable? Is this a menopause thing?

No. it most likely represented something entirely different from sex in this case, and it may not have had anything to do with him at all.
Are you feeling like you are being screwed by someone in some area of your life and it repulses you?

I had a dream last night that involved the former Chief Minister I worked for, Jon Stanhope.
We bumped into each other at the vegetable section at the local shops and had a little chat whilst shopping.
Damn boring.
Perhaps it is time I started eating cheese before bed again?

My dreams lately have been a bizzare stream of conciousness. Fortunately that's all I can remember of them.

I remember being very pissed off that someone (probably, my relatives) had snuck in and redecorated my room. Lots of tearing and shredding near the end.

Last night (actually, just before waking this morning) I had an incredibly vivid dream.
I was at a horse auction, with a pile of money in hand. I bought horses for other people who couldn't afford the one they wanted, and I bought some for myself, too. Some people laughed at the horses I bought - they weren't the best quality, I guess - but I liked how they looked, or just had a good feeling about them.
Is this an exemplar of my hopeless idealism?

Yup, I think so...
I remember as a kid having this reoccurring dream; and sometimes I still have it;
While seated in a park, I see the flash of a coin on the ground. After I've stooped to pick it up, I see another coin on the ground... each time, I pick up some silver, there's yet another one to be retrieved. This goes on, until both my fists are filled with coins, and I can't hold anymore, but there's yet another one on the ground...

Last nite (11-1-11)...numerology, anyone?
I worked in an upscale camera shop in Los Altos, CA.
The time was the present, except this camera shop had no digital equipment, nothing.
It was like the 1970's.
Kodak Ektachrome, Kodachrome, slide projectors, high-end still cameras, Leicas, Hasselbland, Nikons, etc.
The people outside just walked by the store windows, no customers at all.
In spite of the store owner being an A-HOLE of the first water, I like working there as a camera tech.
This dream had more of a basis in reality - now long gone - then I'd care to admit.

Last night, I had this dream that I was at a friends house, with a bunch of other friends. You know one of those times, where you didn't plan it but people keep showing up until it's an impromptu party? So, I'm walking through the crowd, looking at all the faces of people I know, and I notice some of these folks are famous, like celebrities. One guy turns and it's ROBIN WILLIAMS!!! OMG, I love that guy!
...and just like he's an old friend of mine, he beams and gives me a big greeting hug.
