We sent the boy to stay with his grandmother for the night. We spent our time alone doing things around the house that we couldn't get done with him around. no romantic dinner no "bedroom time just moving large things around and runing up and down the stairs.

What, you didn't install a baby cage yet!? Leashes, harness and muzzles are cheap, and you don't need a special space. Just pick a corner for the litter box, food and water bowl, then attach the lead to a simple wall hook.

Sleep, what's that?

My youngest did not sleep through the night until 9 months of age.

Every 2 hours she needed to be fed, changed, cuddled, etc.

(I wouldn't trade those sleepless nights for all the money in Sean's bank account) :ok

Erik has been pretty good about sleep he'll generally wake up one a night for a bottle and that's it.

Then screw if you are well enough rested.

You have the rest of your life to worry about moving heavy things around, and if you wait a bit, your son can help!!

:P

It's not just heavy things it's things that make noise. It's taken 2 weeks to hang just under half of the pictures that need to be hung.

Set his car-seat (with him in it) on top of a running dryer; he'll enjoy the rockin' and won't notice any noise :ok

Put him the car and get him into Heavy Metal music.

..no, seriously. I used to babysit a little dude like that. Mom wanted to go to a KISS concert, and I was told I could take him to the park and shopping before it was time for dinner. While we were driving, the boy matter-of-course-ly turned on the stereo to some Metallica and dialed up the volume! Noise was normal to him. 8-)

They're Teletubbies after they've past the larval stage. Don't worry, as soon as they attract a female and mate they'll die.

I am leaning that the post jar baby food is quite good. And I am tempted to start eating it myself.
