New camera and lens, first good (ish) shots. Not quite got the full hang of them yet, but working on them.

Damn the quality difference is amazing!! I'll just sit here jealous, and think about the equity in my house that my construction project (which means limited discretionary spending this year) will bring....

Yep, shot in RAW, plus a small jpeg, which I use as a "thumbnail" to select images to be "developed' from RAW in photoshop. (Still available to you, if you can compromise your morals!)
I'm still on a very steep learning curve here; just watched this...
Once I learn this, my focus will improve markedly.
