I m not judging trump s comments about not admitting muslims on merit, I am just comparing the other repubs condemnations of them to what they said about Syrian refugees...
they used metaphors comparing it to buying bags of candy for their our kids, knowing that one or two pieces of candy were poison, and would we buy such candy, and things like that
how is that different from what trump said about halting muslim immigration until our govt figures things out?
it seems identical to me, just a matter of scale

Re: republican hypocrisy
"Republican hypocrisy" = an oxymoron on a level matched only by 'military intelligence' or 'business ethics'.

Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?
Re: republican hypocrisy
just last week bush and others were saying that we should just allow the Syrian Christians in the country, but not all the refugees.
the Christians are an oppressed group in Syria, it s true, but these guys are just opportunistically stabbing trump for saying basically the same thing many of them were saying. he just said it straight out.
et tu bushe?
