If you're thinking of voting for Chump, PLEASE consider these guys instead:

Good ad. They are both very effective speakers and have a good sense of timing. Whether it is true or not they project the feeling that they genuinely like people. I can see why they did well as Republicans in Democratic states, they'd have a harder time in Republican states.

If I wasn't afraid of Trump winning I'd vote for them just to give 'em an 'attaboy'.

Trump won't win California, I think you're safe with the 'atta boy' vote.

I've notied that a lot of the polls now are doing two versions...

One with just Trump and Clinton, and another that also includes Johnson and Green party nominee Jill Stein...

This may look like a balanced approach, but it virtually guarantees that the only two candidates standing on the debate stage this fall will be Trump and Clinton...

Johnson is now pretty consistently in the low double digits; the most recent poll had him up to 13%...

But in these four-way polls, Stein usually pulls about half of what Johnson does; 4-6 percent...

So long as the anti Trump and Hillary vote is divided between the two of them in the polls, it's going to be very tough for Johnson to get to the 15% level in five polls, which is required for inclusion in the debates (Stein has no shot at it.)

A strong case can be made for three-way polling not including Stein, based on party ballot qualification. The Libertarian Party is already qualified on 33 state ballots, and is on track to qualify on all 50. The Green Party is only qualified on 21 state ballots, and with deadlines that have passed, has no chance of getting close to all 50.

Huge Ratings Uptick for CNN’s Second Libertarian Town Hall, As 1.6 Million Tune In

The Libertarian Party Town Hall event hosted by CNN on Wednesday night was the highest rated show on cable news in the coveted 25-54 demographic for the night.

More than 1.6 million viewers tuned in to the hour-long event featuring Libertarian presidential candidate Gary Johnson and vice presidential candidate William Weld.

Perhaps more important than the raw numbers is the massive uptick in viewership for Wednesday's event compared to a similar Libertarian Town Hall discussion hosted by CNN on June 22. Overall viewership was up 74 percent and viewership in the 25-54 demographic increased by 101 percent—more than doubling the "in demographic" audience for the first town hall with Johnson and Weld, CNN reported Thursday.

The Libertarian Town Hall outperformed CNN's usual programing in the 9pm slot. Anderson Cooper, who served as host and moderator for the discussion with Johnson and Weld, got 1.3 million viewers for his show in the same time slot on Tuesday night and only 1.1 million viewers for the same hour on Monday.

The big numbers caught the attention of media analyst Brian Stelter, who notes that the Libertarian Town Hall even beat ratings beast Bill O'Reilly on Wednesday.
