I can't wait for the hearings when Comey details his meticulously kept records of all communication he shared with #45, from day one to day none. I suspect there is much there to make the emperor squirm.

The Cheeto's short list of FBI director replacements does not impress, with the exception of Acting Director McCabe.

Apparently you're too slow to have noticed this, but looking like an asshole has never really been something that Cruz has shied away from...
Much like yourself, looking like an asshole is how he's built his whole reputation...

I'm also not at all surprised that you can't see the fact that Cruz is an intelligent person...
It probably takes an intelligent person to be able to spot that...
And to understand how his performance with Yates made a cynical sort of sense from a political standpoint would require a person with at least some minimal knowledge and understanding of the political context and dynamics in play...
