you are allowed to carry weapons openly in Delaware unless directed otherwise.

if you own a private business and post a no weapons allowed sign, I am obligated to oblige.

I don t really think that open carry is wise, as far as guns, as it is just kinda asking for a problem in a peaceful situation, but if life became more dangerous I would change my thinking.

I believe that I should be able to carry a firearm, or knife, on my person, concealed or otherwise, without much restriction.

I believe that the 2nd amendment is the guarantor of all of our rights.

As I recall, screwdrivers were all it took for Bernie Getz, the NYC "Subway Vigilante" to shoot the itinerant subway repairmen who needed the screwdrivers for their "work".
