Fake boobies - you can even see one of the scars in that photo.
As someone who works with the elderly, I can't help but wonder if any of these boob-obsessed vanity queens ever thinks about how disgusting they'll look when the only thing still vertical on their bodies is those fake boobs. Really, really gross.

I don't think they care; live fast, die young, leave a good looking corpse (although I don't agree that bigger and more rigid is better when it comes to breasts, so even the young corpses are not all that good looking).
