Just another way of saying "Vote early and often".... with the side benefit that after the election these 'duplicate ballots' will be used to buttress Trump's claims of 'massive election fraud', while it will somehow be conveniently overlooked that he himself encouraged it.
And incidentally — "Vote early and often" is a phrase that has generally been accepted to have originated with William H. "Big Bill" Thompson, the last Republican mayor of Chicago (1927-1931), an open associate of Al Capone, and generally ranked as one of the most unethical mayors in American history.
Further proof that today's Republicans are just as corrupt as they have ever been; they're just being more open and in-your-face about it.
