The Federal Bureau of Prisons will decide at which federal prison Shkreli will serve his sentence.
Grown up prison or the junior varsity lock up?
At his trial last year, Shkreli often wore a smirk and was chastised by the judge for his behavior, including for an incident in which he told reporters that the prosecutors on the case were "junior varsity."
He's back in the news this week indirectly with his co-conspirator (Evan Greebel) having $10.5 million of his 401(k) account garnished to compensate victims of their scam. That's a lot of money to have in a 401(k) account, but glad it is going to a good use.
Odd how this comes down just as Shkreli is back in the news directly for getting out of prison with an apparent new scam all set to go, and his pharma company gave him the boot.
