This year's Senate map is not favorable to the Democrats retaining control. If Jon Tester can't hang on in Montana, it's probably game over unless there is an upset in Florida, Nebraska or Texas.

I heard Missouri might be in play as well (at least as much as Texas) another widely disliked Senator banking on "red state" to win.

This change happened yesterday but I forgot to check it. Latest Texas poll shows Colin Allred leading Ted Cruz by one point.

It would be so fantastic to see the back end of Ted Cruz.
For me, it is far better to grasp the Universe as it really is than to persist in delusion, however satisfying and reassuring.

Dan Osborn, nominally an independent but in essence a Democrat, is now leading one of the Nebraska senate races by one point over Republican incumbent Deb Fischer

Not for nothing, the DSCC announced (finally!) major teevee ad buys in Florida and Texas, looking to pick off Scott and/or Cruz. They might just have a shot at doing it.
