Given Trump's track record of unhinged utterances, proposals, and proclamations — it wouldn't surprise me one little bit if he actually did try something like this.

Pardon my senior moment of semi-senility, but I seem to remember a geologic science authority which named a fault line in Colorado 'Nobody's Fault'
