She's talking, of course, about the whack-job conspiracy theory about "chemtrails"... which I thought had been debunked, like, back during the Bush administration.

BUT — and that's an awfully big "BUT" — if chemtrails really ARE a thing and there is some kind of concoction of chemicals that is being sprayed over an unsuspecting populace (in an attempt to do — what?) by passenger jets and/or military aircraft overflying the USA, then who's doing it?   According to the wackos who still believe this shit, it's some deep-buried, hush-hush, ultra-secret branch of the government being financed by untraceable dark money.
