I just watched Barack Obama make a blatant campaign pitch at a 4th Of July White House ceremony welcoming newly naturalized American citizens.... This is a tradition, (President's swearing in new citizens on The 4th Of July, not making campaign speeches when they do it) that goes back to Harry Truman....
