LOL!! I think that's unlikely, she obviously isn't aware of Kiwi politics. :D
Why not just move her money? Who is Lindsay Carter anyway?
Soon, I’ll post my farewell message. The end is starting to get close. There are many misconceptions about me, and before I go, to live with my ancestors on the steppes, I want to set the record straight.

Classic, from above: "She had been quite concerned about Romney's need to overturn Roe v. Wade further diminishing a woman's right to choose, and his interference with women's rights in general."

Vote for Barry if you are too stupid to understand the issues.

Fantastic.

So I went to the polling place yesterday evening with my younger daughter, knowing that my state would vote overwhelmingly for Obama, and considered whether to vote for him simply to chip in to the popular vote total. But I wanted my daughter to know that principle mattered, so I showed her Obama and Romney on the ballot and then had her push the button for Jill Stein. I'm glad Obama won, and I'm glad I could vote for someone else who better reflected my views.
GAH!

I have pretty much the same reaction Sue, except I'm not all that glad that Obama won, I'm glad Romney didn't. And I'm happy to have had Stein on the ballot.

Next up: real campaign finance reform so you don't have to be Linda McMahon (who blew $100MM of her own on two failed Senate campaigns in CT) or otherwise beholden to the Karl Rove's of the world to run for public office. We need more candidates like Jill Stein and we need them to have the same access and exposure to the voters as the candidates of the two major parties.

Voted. Can't stand the new "LOTTO" card type of voting. Get ballot, go into card board box, hope the magic marker is there and still has ink in it, fill out the circles for your candidates, put in big piece of cardboard so no one can see who you voted for (like I care) then hope the computer can suck the ballot in.
Give me the old level machines any day.

But they did have plenty of Halloween candy.
:ok

It's great this quote works for you and happy I could contribute to your vat of sour grapes. Regardless, my daughter's main objective for voting was met... in spades.

Personally I think Mitt failed so miserably and decisively because he refused to be interviewed by David Letterman on the Late Show. How could he ever deal with China "on day one" if he couldn't deal with Dave? And not to mention the yentas on "The View." Same thing.

Vote for Mittens if you are too stupid to understand the issues.

Fantastic.
