Same as always: purge the voter rolls, close voting stations in lower income neighborhoods and place others distant from public transportation, disseminate voter misinformation about date and time of voting, voter intimidation tactics, etc.

If you read the article you would know Hillary won Philadelphia by 35,000 less Black votes than Obama. She also got less votes than Obama did in Allegheny/Pittsburgh. That lost her Pennsylvania and the presidency.

Trump had 280 electoral votes w/o Wisconsin and Michigan.

I read an article about Torres Small, a rep from New Mexico. It detailed her run for Congress and how one promising candidate was eliminated before the primary by the DNC's manipulations. She voted for impeachment.

As one of the vulnerable reps in 2020, the real question is whether the "impeachment to be?" will return the House to the GOP. Short of a recession Trump looks good to go for another four years. Granted he hasn't been successful promoting congressional candidates. The more leftward elements of the Democrats may have led Pelosi into the Valley of Death to Trump's benefit.

He'd do well to reconsider his energizer bunny deployments.

The NY Time and WaPo and other mainstream media have noted there seems to be a serious snubbing of the Latino vote. That is a growing and important group and most of the Dem primary candidates have ignored invites to go to Latino community meetings.
