There probably is, but it would involve disabling the "youtube" tab in the toolbar.  Even then, if he knows anything at all about HTML and/or BBCode, there is a way around that too.  I know that I could, but I'm not going tell all my secrets.

That seems counterproductive.  As one of the five admins, putting someone on "ignore" allows them to operate without supervision; you won't know what he's up to until someone else complains about it.
And not everybody is going to complain; they will just go on long-term hiatus or leave entirely.

True story: I had twelve years of catholic school education. Eight of the early years were almost exclusively taught by nuns. Without fail, regardless of grade, they always addressed the boys as "master." In 7th and 8th grades we had the Bates brothers in our class -- twins, Bill and Bob.
