That's an easy one. (I guess I got a little ahead of myself)

I'm pretty sure Dave thinks that Obama should be impeached for being black. That's why he's upset that he's also protected from being impeached for the same reason.

To be somewhat fair, he also hates President Obama for not being a Republican.
