Fivethirtyeight.com has done some turnout analysis (towards the end of the article). Overall turnout was higher than in the 2014 midterms, which included a gubernatorial election. Lamb got 80% of the votes that Clinton pulled in the district, while Saccone only got 53% of the Trump vote. Strongly Democratic precincts had higher turnout (relative to 2016) than strongly Republican precincts. Their conclusion is that the high turnout and large enthusiasm gap suggest that the Democratic turnout advantage will translate to the midterms.
