I watched Sarah Palin talking to Trump and it turned out to be painfully boring. I thought it might the birth of a new comedy team. Instead it was a Hannity-like interview. You know; those interviews in which he drools all over whichever republican he is interviewing while clutching his weiner with his thumb and forefinger. In Palin's case it was slightly different because she was drooling all over herself and farting stink bombs from her mouth.

As I watched, I felt that our political system was hopeless and decided it was time to end it all. I had a rope around my neck and the other end of it tied around the light fixture on the roof but when I jumped, the fixture popped loose and bounced off my head leaving me unconscious for the rest of the evening.

his candidacy will bring people to the polls who have not voted before, or at least not voted recently. you are all for people voting. these may be people you disagree with, but either you support voter participation or you don t. meade may not think that the huddled masses should have any say, but you do.

As far as I can see, he *IS* changing the Republican party (by destroying it; i.e., finishing the job the Tea Party started)...but the only effect I can see him having on the Democratic party is to give us all a bad case of the giggles (which is fun, up to a point).

Third party? That will be formed (in 2020, or maybe '22 or '24) from the remnants of the Republican party once Trump and the Teabaggers finish with it. I wish Jim and the rest of them the best of luck. They're gonna need it.
