He needs a cup of covfefe.
I happened to see most of the press conference, having left the TV on MSNBC while doing house projects that made it impossible to change the channel.
It was one of his most disgusting performances yet, one lie after another and constant praise of himself. He actually essentially alleged that he’s the first president to personally call the families of KIA soldiers.
I would feel not a single moment’s remorse if he dropped dead - by any means whatsoever. He is a repugnant waste of space and oxygen and nothing more. He is tearing this country apart. I loathe him as I have loathed nobody else in my entire life.
For me, it is far better to grasp the Universe as it really is than to persist in delusion, however satisfying and reassuring.

I thought that Dubya wasn't much of a leader and should not have been president but I also thought at the time he was an okay guy and probably would like him if I met him. Now that Trump has been elected, Dubya looks like a genius in comparison.
Trump is proof that you can be proved to be a misogynist narcissistic sociopath lying sack of shit over and over again and many people will still think you are a good leader. He also proved that you can fool a lot of people most of the time. His real talent is his ability to find where the fools are and knowing how to convince them that he cares about anything or anybody other than himself.

Just for the heck of it I put TrumpMikePence into an anagram solver and the biggest word it could come up with has 9 letters. It is 'Nutpecker'. Seems appropriate in a Trumpence kind of way....

During a lull over a recent dinner, Melania Trump leaned over to chat with the Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson.
"You know, I bought Donald a parrot for his birthday in June. That bird is so smart, Donald has already taught him to say over two hundred words!"
"Wow, that's pretty impressive," said Tillerson, "but, you do realize that he just speaks the words, ...he doesn't really understand what they mean.”
"Oh, I know," replied Melania, .........."neither does the parrot."

Once the court jester ascends to the throne I doubt if there will be any recourse than to put up with his own special brand of pomposity. Plausible deniability will be his defense and he'll probably get away with it... I pity the women and gays who will have to vigilantly fight his sexist attitudes and anti-progressive policies.
