Congrats CP. This couldn't have come at a better time.

There is nothing more soul-destroying than not being employed when you become a parent. That was Hatch's dad. Mind you, he was employed the day after the hatch was born so all went well from then on.
:)
Bah!

He called this morning. He resent the email (got lost somewhere). What I want to know is why do they have such a hard time scheduling a meeting? I'm unemployed name a free date and time you have and I'll be there I don't have a schedule to keep pick an opening on your calendar and I'll be there.

What's so hard?

I'm a little confused CP....

Since they've already given you a hire date, what's the meeting for? Are there somethings they want you to be doing before you start?

ETA:
BTW, you may want to stop by the CSB and give Steve the bad news....

You know how distraught it always makes him whenever anything good happens to anyone....

But on the other hand, he'll probably read it here anyway.

The Japanese are sticklers for protocol, it's courteous to ask and ask and ask...

Of course, after you start working for them; they'll own you and you'll be expected to know, without being asked. You're a salaryman, now! Image :nana

No CP, I have the good fortune to work for the most intelligent, reasonable and fair minded person it has ever been my privilege to know........

You wouldn't believe the kind of slack this guy cuts me...

No doubt about it; he should be named Boss Of The Year....
