Soon, I’ll post my farewell message. The end is starting to get close. There are many misconceptions about me, and before I go, to live with my ancestors on the steppes, I want to set the record straight.

Yes, you are right and I am sloppy. It is actually the biggest island in the Caribbean.

Not at the moment, but there is a good chance it will happen, I know it is an imprecise art, but look into the future.

Normalization is gong to happen whether I like it or not, but I don’t have to like it.

How and why will "normalization" be any worse with the current Cuban government than it was with the Batista dictatorship that preceded it?
People who are wrong are just as sure they're right as people who are right. The only difference is, they're wrong.

Batista was a thug, but he was no threat to us; he was not likely to ally with anyone other than the mafia.

If you really feel Cuba is a "threat" to you I feel sorry for you. It cannot be easy living in fear all the time.

Everybody knows that Cuba ceased to be a threat to the US after Mr. Reagan won the Cold War...

As The Tip of the Soviet Spear in the Western Hemisphere; they were a threat...

As a stand alone property; not so much....

There is nothing wrong with fear as long as one does not allow it to control ones actions. Fear is actually a good thing, it kept the human race alive for millions of years. But, I don’t fear Cuba ; however, I do fear for the future of my country because I care. Alone Cuba is no threat to my country unless they ally with some other nation, but they don’t mean us well . As for fear is concerned, I got enough that when I was a kid; I would rather die than live in fear; that is why nukes and the second amendments are such good things. As long as we have nukes our country need to fear no nation as long as we have the courage to use them if we need them.

...and to you this suggests the best policy for the USA is to antagonize Cuba, refuse to trade with that country and thereby promote closer ties between Cuba and a USA-hating regime?
For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts
