Uhh Because those have basis in fact?
Okay... There's all kinds of things wrong with what you just said.
I meant specifically the humor of Sue's response and the responses thereto. And this is a hell of a lot different than the comments I pointed out in the burka thread. I'm quite sure none of us were doing anything more than poking a little fun at some expected responses by people who are prejudiced. But if you're going to claim that because of these posts, Sue, Jim and I are racist, or prejudiced, you're been smoking some serious crack.

You think Mitt Romney is a member of the communist party? And that he supports gay marriage? Forget what I said before about the possibility, clearly you *are* smoking crack.

Can one be a commie (red) and a pinko? I thought one could only be one or the other, just like a glass that is half full/empty, cannot also be full. then again, if ole Mitt can be on both sides of many issues, maybe he can be pink and red at the same time.
And FWIW, I don't think he was ever involved in a homosexual marriage--I can't comment on his sexual proclivities, but I have never seen his name as being half of a male/male married couple. Are you referring to those proclivities as being based in fact Sue.
He's "supported" leftist agendas which some in his own party refer to as commie. Gay Marriage IIRC passed in Mass while he was Gov. (which oddly is a example of the former)
I had no Idea you were this thick

Of course, I meant that as King of the Peoples Republic of Taxachusetts he allowed his state to use his sovereign authority to go about marrying same-sex couples which has clearly caused the moral collapse of the commonwealth (turncoat naked senators and all) and unleashed a flood of man-on-animal connubialism.

Same-sex marriage didn't *pass* in Massachusetts. It was legalized by the SJC (that's the Supreme Judicial Court -- the highest court of the Commonwealth) in a court case. There was an effort to place the question on the ballot to essentially overturn the court decision -- which Mittens supported -- but which failed in the General Court (that's the legislature). Romney was out there supporting the ballot question, and when he ran for Governor it was against same-sex marriage, and even against civil unions. He's also actively supported the Defense of Marriage Act and wants a constitutional amendment defining marriage.

I suppose if a Massachusetts Senator was going to get naked, better Scott Brown than, er, well, I can't go there . . . .
Well, doesn't everyone who turns their coat have to get naked for a moment? Are all turncoats really just flashers looking for a good excuse?

Oh I was thinking of the actual other Senator, not the potential Senator. The one who has a house on Martha's well, er, goodness . . .
