That was actually the conclusion of a lot folks generally in her corner...she sounded like she had a couple of cocktails...(though they haven't put it publicly in those words)

Palin's moment (if she ever had one) has long passed; she's degenerated into complete self-parody...

Which in her case wasn't a big jump....

But she's made a ton of bucks, (and trying to add to that is no doubt what her latest foray into national politics is about) so she and her family will be just fine...

She always sounds boozy to me. I heard on the radio that her teleprompter had a glitch and she was forced to rely on her razor sharp wit.

The Republican party's moment passed with the 'Southern Strategy' which caused George Romney to break with Goldwater.

Ever since they have been a corrupt and evil force in US government. From torture, and the support of brutal dictators (called "authoritarian) to opportunistic wars of aggression.

They are not just 'wrong' they are evil.

Speaking of boozy...

She's clueless - at best a bad actress, not a statesman by any means. Without her Teleprompter she's grasping at straws for the soundbites and catch phrases in a speech she probably didn't bother to read more than once or twice. She sounds as dumb as Dubya did in so many of his speeches.

One thing I'll always appreciate about Obama is his eloquence and ability to speak intelligently off the cuff.

John McCain has a lot to answer for.

His chips are ok, if you like frozen chips.
