Premarital sex is
banned in Texas
so Texas is the place that I don't want to be
and because sex is banned in Texas

It fits right in with the Republican "let them die" health plan and one of the highest rates of people having no health insurance because they refused federal support for expanding Medicaid..

Texas State Rep. Stuart Spitzer ... made no secret of his intentions when he introduced a budget amendment that would take millions targeted for HIV and STD screening and give it to abstinence only (non)-education programs. He said it very plainly:
"(My) goal is for everybody to be abstinent until they’re married."
Why? Because healthy normal consenting adults must conform to your weird sexual hang ups? Not only is this absolutely terrible and laughably idiotic public policy, it's none of your goddam business.
