(In fact, both Kerry and Biden have been in the news lately regarding some very contentious and high-profile foreign policy issues. Had you even bothered to look.) And it is beyond obvious that, in part because they are busy actually doing their jobs and in part because they have actually said so, neither of them is running for President, the "wondering" in your own empty head notwithstanding.
