Aw, c'mon.  You mean you never had FedEx or UPS misdeliver a package?  Heck, I've been living in my trailer house mobile home manufactured housing unit since December 2008 and I'm still occasionally getting USPS mail for the previous resident.

The larger question is why, 'dummy' missile or not, this was being shipped through non-governmental channels instead of through secure DOD logistics in the first place.
