About 30 black students who were standing silently at the top of the bleachers at Donald Trump’s rally here Monday night were escorted out by Secret Service agents who said the presidential candidate had requested their removal before he began speaking.
The sight of the students, who were visibly upset, being led outside by law enforcement officials created a stir at a university that was a whites-only campus until 1963.
“We didn’t plan to do anything,” said a tearful Tahjila Davis, a 19-year-old mass media major, who was among the Valdosta State University students who was removed. “They said, ‘This is Trump’s property; it’s a private event.’ But I paid my tuition to be here.”
No wonder that Trump couldn't disavow the KKK
No wonder that Trump couldn't disavow the KKK
He apparently shares their views on segregation - he had a group of black students ejected from a campaign event:

My heart is just sick that he gets so much support despite his racist comments and policy proposals; I can't believe so many of my fellow citizens are such assholes at heart.
eta: One of the SS detail should have been courageous enough to say, Mr. Trump, this is a public event in a publicly funded building and we can't just forcibly evict citizens who have done nothing whatsoever to justify removal - suck it up and face some heckling just like any other politician does.

For me, it is far better to grasp the Universe as it really is than to persist in delusion, however satisfying and reassuring.

Not to mention he'd have probably lost the NASCAR endorsement at his rally down there in "Jaw-jah".
You know, the one where Trump — who apparently is unclear about the difference between the German SS and his SS (Secret Service) contingent — had approximately 30 black students of the university removed from the bleachers before he came in to preach to the choir.

Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?

Re: No wonder that Trump couldn't disavow the KKK
And each and every one's vote counts just as much as your one vote.

And now we have Trump's son giving an interview to a white supremacist, pro-slavery radio host.
