Interesting how little people seem to care about women's rights. Even women.

Women seem to have less class unity than blacks do.

Well Rubato, I see your observation and raise you. Women have little class unity because there is not much that unites them. It is half the human race. Lots more differences within the group than similarities.

On the other hand, I am male and will never have the opportunity to have or not have an abortion. I think my opinion about the issue is way too uninformed be of significance.

After authoring the odious ruling in Gonsales v. Carhart, Kennedy has a lot to atone for and will probably use these cases to show that he hasn't been completely taken in by the nutjob right.

Hmm, you probably will never have the opportunity to be President... or have sex with a sheep... or be executed for murder*. Does that disqualify you from having any voice in laws on those matters?

*I hope you miss at least two of those, anyway

This issue unites all women between menses and menopause. If the Republicans had their way rape victims must also bear the children of their rapists.
