If you follow the link, by Mayor Giuliani's logic [or should I credit it to Mr. McCarthy, the junior senator from Wisconsin] Bush 43 is really the founding member of ISIS, because he was the CinC who signed the withdrawal order from Iraq. And Bush 43 has always thanked his mother for her wisdom and guidance in everything he did all his life. So really Barbara Bush is really responsible for the bombing in Brussels. Really.
