Well, she's been appointed to serve as one member of a 20 person "Evangelical Executive Advisory Board"...
This "board" looks more like just a PR gimmick aimed at the fundamentalists to try and show how important Drumpf considers Christian Evangelical issues to be than any kind of substantive advisory operation...

And who are some of the other members? James Dobson, Ralph Reed. Doesn't do anything to lower the crazy quotient.

Bachman must have figured out that the party leadership does not hold her in the same warm esteem that she does and is willing to take an chance on the notion that there really is no bad publicity.

It might be a boon for the GOP to have all the crazies collect themselves off in one group so they can cut them off and re-define centrist GOP further back of the cliff edge. Of course they lacked the spine to do so when the Tea Party did the same last year.
