That's pretty good Joe...
The only thing it seems to leave out is our NATO allies (like Britain, France, and Belgium) that are also engaged in attacks on ISIS and supporting the groups fighting on the ground that we support.

ISIS, according to this visual, is isolated and without any support. Makes it difficult for me to consider it as a metaphor for reality.

In terms of governments or nations--that's right: there is NO support. Their only support comes from crazy/disturbed/delusional/fanatical INDIVIDUALS. (Unfortunately, there are way too many of THOSE in the world...)
