I noticed Luntz counted "8 or 9" people who started out "leaning towards Hillary". I counted 4. When he asked who started out leaning toward Trump, he counted "8 or 9" but the camera didn't show the group.

Who "won" the second Presidential debate?

Well, Clinton performed exactly as expected.  She looked and acted presidential.

However, Trump performed even better than expected, in that he did not drool, throw a chair, or grope Hillary.

Therefore, Trump won the debate.
