You should be happy because this means he (and everyone else) think the next POTUS will be HRC, and this is just the opening gambit on negotiating the next appointment. Since all of our resident possibles are otherwise occupied (and not open for the consideration), it will be an interesting season to look forward to.

I've said it before and I'll say it again .... the way the Republicans have been derelict in their duty by continuing to refuse to hold any confirmation hearings for Obama's Supreme Court nominee (Merrick Garland) is already sufficient reason to vote every last one of them out of Congress at the earliest opportunity.  This latest example of grown adults throwing what is little better than a five-year-old brat's temper tantrum just adds more fuel to an already blazing inferno.

Here's hoping that when Hillary makes her inaugural speech to Congress after taking her oath of office in January she will be speaking to a sea of smiling Democrat faces, ready and eager to clean up the elephant droppings that have been stinking up the halls of government for far too long now.

Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?

vote every last one of them out of Congress
I'm with you on that. Any incumbent gets voted against. At least at the federal level.

They are already saying that they will continue to refuse to govern. The GOP are all as evil as Trump. Spiteful, mean little children who have shown for 7 years that they will deliberately hurt the country because they lost an election.

And because the people accept it. If the people are willing to keep the SC one or two justices short, nothing will be done. But with the entire House and a third of the Senate up for reelection in two years, they won't ignore a mandate by the people. It's up to us in the end to demand what we want our representatives to do.

McCain whored himself completely to get the support of BushCo and the GOP to run for president. He abandoned every principle he ever had.

Before ..................................................................After
The Bush Tax cuts for the rich are a mistake. .............. Love "em!
Torture is wrong and waterboarding is torture .............. Not when we do it.
Global warming is real and a threat ........................... Pshaw! I was just kidding.

Scum

Decent people would cross the street not to have to greet him.
