I was soooo scared that Hillary was gonna drop out and that the DNC was gonna put Michele Obama on the top of the ticket....

I would have voted for her for two reasons.
1. She's not Hillary
2. She's not Trump

Also she's pretty awesome in her own right; I hope she runs for Senate or something.

And I was soooo scared that Donald Trump was gonna drop out and the Republicans would put David Duke on the top of the ticket.
Not that one would have been able to detect much difference.

I was afraid that Donald Trump was going to dump his wife, marry Caitlyn Jenner and win the election with the transsexual vote.

And I was afraid Hillary Clinton was going to do much, much, worse than expected on Election Night. After all, it was always her election to lose.

I was afraid that the election might come down to Hillary versus Jeb, in which case washing down a box of rat poison with a fifth of vodka might have been an option.

....or revolution.
